Click Forgot password?
Type in your Username and check the I'm not a robot checkbox.
Complete the test you see and click Verify.
Once you complete the test. You will see this screen. Click Next.
Enter the answers to your security questions.
Close the Internet Browser and check your email.
In this email, you will find a temporary password and instructions. Copy the password and log back into emsCharts.
Enter your username and paste the temporary password below.
Enter your new permanent password. Click Save Password.
Log into your account to confirm the reset worked.
