IT is not able to reset Zoll Online passwords for Respond.  


To reset your password, please follow the steps below.

Navigate to www.zollonline.com

Click the Need help signing in? link.




Click Forgot password?



Enter your full Mutual Aid email address.

Click Reset via Email.





You will see this message that Zoll has sent you an email to reset your password.





Check your email, http://login.microsoftonline.com/.

Look for this email from Zoll.  






If you don't see the email, you may need to check your junk mail folder.  

You may need to wait a few minutes for the email to come in.




Open the email and click the Reset your password button.





Enter your new password following the criteria listed on Zoll's website. 

Type your new password again to make sure you spelled it correctly. 

Click Reset Password.
