Reset your Computer Password

If you know your old computer password, you can reset your computer password without contacting IT.  

This will change BOTH your computer password and your Microsoft 365 (email) password.

Please follow the steps below.

Press Ctrl + Alt + Del keys at the same time. (Pictured below)

Click Change a password.

1. Enter your old password

2. Enter your new password

•      > Password Requirements
•                 > 8 characters long
•          (Use at least 3 of 4 options below)
•                > Capital Letter
•                > Lower Case Letter
•                > Number
•                > Symbols like @!$&

3. Confirm the password by entering it again.

Click the arrow or hit the enter key to change your password.

***This affects both your Computer Password and your Microsoft 356 Password (email / outlook).
