You DO NOT need to Login to the Help Desk website. That is only for people who are receiving the tickets.
Click New Support Ticket.
If you are entering the Ticket on a phone, this is the New Support Ticket button.
**Please Enter a Station or Vehicle if applicable.**
1. Enter your information.
2. Select the Department you are requesting help from. Example: IT, Maintenance, etc.
3. Enter a description of your issue.
4. Attach a screenshot or picture if applicable.
Click Submit
