This is the Samsara Driver app.
This app will replace your Daily Vehicle Inspection Checklist at the beginning and the end of your shifts.
This app has been installed on the following iPads.
- Ambulance Driver & Patient iPads
- Van iPads
- Mobile iPads
Signing into the App:
Each Employee who drives a vehicle should already have a Samsara Driver Account. Enter this information or put in a ticket with IT to create your account or reset your password.

Username: ex: JSmith (first initial + full last name)
Password:
Tap Sign in
*** Make sure you “Leave” the vehicle at the end of your shift.
The app DOES NOT remove you from the vehicle automatically, if you don’t “Leave” the vehicle damage to the vehicle OR driving infractions could be attributed to you when you aren’t driving.
