Log into the Samsara app and your vehicle should be selected from when you did your Pre-Trip DVIR.
Select Documents.
Tap Create new document.
Tap Accident in the list of choices.
Tap each section to add the relevant information.
Tap Damage Photos
Then Tap Add Photos
Take photo…
Tap Next
Tap Incident Description
Enter the Incident Description and then tap Next.
Tap Reference # if applicable. (Run # OR Police Incident #, etc.)
Enter the Reference Number.
Add Notes in the same manner if applicable. Check that all information entered is accurate.
Tap Submit.
