Log into the Samsara app and your vehicle should be selected from when you did your Pre-Trip DVIR.
Select Documents.
Tap Create new document.
Tap District Chief Vehicle Check in the list of choices.
Fill out the checklist by tapping on each item and making the correct selection or entering the value.
Once every required field is filled out, the Submit button will become available.
Complete the form, then tap Submit.
Confirm that your document was submitted. Tap the back arrow to return to the home screen.
